Just to start off, I spent some time in Munich, Germany. There are 2 shops and 1 market I can highly recommend checking out.
The first one is a bit basic, but they sell a lot of really good stuff sometimes for dirt cheap. Gamestop has several different stores in Munich, but found many good stuff in all the stores so just search for them in google maps.

The second one is a really nice shop. Its called NipponDreams. Its located here. They sell used and brand new games and merchandise. They have a site as well and if You live outside of Germany feel free to ask Christian (the manager and owner) about the shipping.

For the last one its not a store but a fleamarket. Its called Riem Flohmarkt. I found so many good deals here, I couldn't make a list even if I wanted. Roughly I bought ~30-35games here in the last 4.5 months. Here is the map for the place.
